The Villa Del Mar is located in the seaside resort of Niechorze. The Villa lies directly on a beautiful beach, with wonderful bathing possibilities. Niechorze is nestled between the Baltic Sea and lake Liwia Łuza. This area is also blessed with an abundance of forests and receives a large amount of sunny days which produces the wonderful climate you will find here.

 

Niechorze, part of the city of Reawal, lies approximately 50 km east of the German/Polish border directly on the coast of the Baltic Sea, between Swinemuende (Swinousje) and Kolberg (Kolobrzeg).

 

The new building contains 10 comfortable and differently furnished suites with 1 to 3 rooms available in sizes from 30 to 60 m².
